'Start' folding chair
A very rare "Start" folding chair, designed by Konstantin Grcic in 1993 for Cappellini Italy.
The idea for the chair was based on cinema armchairs and a design by Jean Prouve.
There are two versions of the chair: with and without armrests.
The chair is made entirely of black metal.
Exhibited
In the permanent collection of the Museum Boymans & Van Beuningen in Rotterdam.
